Not sure yet about this, sometimes it works, other day it makes me extra slippery, but it does not leave crazy residue on your pole as monkey

For me this is the best grip aid for dry skin. Only need a little bit. I use my knuckles to put it on, not my fingers, because it’s too sticky for fingers that I won’t be able to spin around the pole.
