Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00pm (local time) on working days are typically dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

During peak periods (including sales and holidays), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.

We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability to receive the delivery.

Delivery Completion

An order is considered successfully delivered when it has been confirmed as delivered by the courier to the shipping address provided at checkout.

This includes:

  • Delivery to the specified address

  • Delivery to a safe place (if selected or permitted by the courier)

  • Delivery to a neighbour or collection point where applicable

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping and handling fees from any refund issued.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Investigations with couriers may take several business days, and we appreciate your patience during this process.

Claims for Non-Delivery

If you believe your order has not been delivered, you must contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.

We may require your cooperation in providing additional information to support the investigation.

Liability & Responsibility

We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery is considered complete when the courier confirms delivery to the address provided.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is carried out by a third-party courier. While we will always assist in resolving any delivery issues, customers are expected to cooperate with any investigation, including checking with neighbours, safe places, or local collection points where applicable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier disruptions, customs processes, or adverse weather conditions.
