The spin city hoop bible is a great resource for any one taking aerial hoop classes. The photos are clear and the level of the move is clearly labeled. I also like the combo section where it tells you which moves flow nicely together. I would definitely recommend

Is as expected as I have other guides from the company but do not expect to see tutorials/cues to help you achieve moves.
