PJ Points FAQs

You’re all set! Your current points balance will carry over, and you’ll stay in the equivalent membership tier. There’s nothing you need to do.

The tier you are on now, you will keep for the rest of 2026 and all of 2027.

During 2027, your progress starts again from zero. To keep the same tier in 2028, you need to earn enough points during 2027 to reach that tier's threshold again. You don't lose the tier during 2027 and need to win it back. You keep it all year, and what you earn in 2027 decides your tier for 2028. If you earn more and reach a higher tier during 2027, you will move up to the next tier straight away.

Sign in to your account to see your points balance. Open the loyalty hub from your account page to view your tier and available rewards. You can also see your points balance at checkout.

Open the loyalty hub using the button at the bottom left of our homepage, or through your account page. Choose an available reward and follow the steps to reveal your reward code. Enter this code at checkout to claim it.

The more PJ Points you earn, the higher you climb! Earn points by shopping, referring friends, leaving reviews and taking advantage of multiplier days.

Your tier is based on the points you earn during the calendar year. For 2026, we’re counting points earned from 1 January.

Your points expire after 6 months without points activity. Keep them active by placing an order or redeeming points for a voucher. We’ll send you a reminder email 30 days before they expire.

Share your thoughts on your purchases and earn PJ Points! Photo and video reviews earn more points than written reviews alone.

Each month, you can earn points for up to:

  • 3 written reviews

  • 2 photo reviews

  • 1 video review

You’re welcome to leave more reviews, but any beyond these limits won’t earn additional points.

Give your friend €5 off and get a little thank you in return! When they place an order using your referral offer, we’ll add 500 PJ Points to your account.

Add your birthday in the loyalty hub and we’ll treat you to 150 PJ Points on your birthday, every year.

Reward codes can’t be combined with other discount codes or offers.

If your order is refunded or cancelled, the points earned on the refunded items will be deducted from your PJ Points balance.
