The more you spend, the more you save:

If a return reduces the value of the retained items below the original qualifying threshold, the discount will be recalculated and deducted from the refund.

YES! You must try your polewear on with briefs or knickers on underneath. For hygeine purposes, we cannot accept return items that have been tried on without underwear.

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.

If you have any issues with your order please contact us before opening a PayPal case or chargeback as this can delay your refund by up to 90 days.

Order placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Extreme weather conditions are currently affecting some courier collections in the Netherlands, your dispatch time may be delayed.

If you find yourself with an unwanted product, you have 14 days from the delivery date of your Pole Junkie order to initiate a return.

Make sure it's returned in its original condition. When trying on shorts, please wear underwear underneath. Please ensure return items are free of any marks from makeup, fake tan, or deodorant. Marked or damaged items will not be refunded.

Just a heads-up, you'll need to cover the cost of return postage yourself.
