Perfect. The garter stays up. True to size. Sticky but not picking up every bit ofdust and hair , so you wont end up a chewbacca after dancing. Love it!

Sexy and stylish knee pads, hold in place well and large gap at the back with grippy material useful for on the pole work. Padding on the knees is quite thick, generally protective but at times could feel the floor with knees during routine.

Good kneepads for the price. They stick to the pole for me. They fit great and I followed the size chart.
