I am a size 8 and ordered a size M after reading a few reviews.
I think the size S would have fit as well, but leaving a bit less coverage than I wanted.
The straps fall down sometimes during practice, I guess because my breast is really small, but even if you leave the straps down it looks like you are wearing a pair of cute shorts.
