Yet to try out with sensual, but these are sturdy and feel protective, more so than dance pads which are squishy. As this padding is firm I think the impact will be less.
One thing to note, like other reviews... they're extremely small and tight - barely any stretch. Which is great that they won't slip off. A couple of people recommended me to size down as they do stretch (supposedly!), I was in between sizes anyway so got the smaller one. Getting them on is exercise in itself and I ripped the skin off 2 x fingers!
Once they're on though, they feel fine, moveable and secure.

Really good, protective knee pads! Just be aware that they're tight. The size chart recommended that I get the XS (33-35.5cm) as my measurement came in at 35cm. However, they were sold out so I ordered a size up and got the S.
At first I could barely get them on. I wanted to return them until I saw the piece of paper inside the package that says they will stretch 1-2cm within the first couple of classes. So I squeezed them on for class and I can honestly say that I'm really happy with them. They're so protective which I loved and they don't slide around when doing floor work or working on the pole. I would definitely recommend them, but if you're measurement comes in on the higher end of a size like mine did, maybe consider ordering the one up.

I used the measurements provided by the website, but they are small, fit very tight and don't look great on the back of the leg as it presses all the skin out.

Fits great, really comfy and great quality

The kneepads have good cushioning but do not have any grippy quality which is the main reason I bought them. Climbing the pole in these was difficult. If anyone has found a kneepad with good grip, please leave a comment!

Good quality kneepads, absolutely love love love the sparkle! I measured and although they feel slightly loose, I've legit never had kneepads before and they stay up perfectly. Super comfy too.
