DEFINITELY size up! I’m using a size small in anything stretchy like leggings, and medium for anything that’s got less give. I sized up to a large in these and would have struggled in a medium, I think. They’re slightly loose on my waist but snug on my bum… wouldn’t describe them as high waisted at all tho. They reach just above my hip bones but are nowhere near my belly button.
