Great product

Item arrived M but with XS knee protectors.

Nice Extra inserts.

Quality is good, but they don't fit well into the XS knee pads. They are a bit too large so they create a weird shape and slide down, resulting in a lot of bruises. Wouldn't recommend. Just get knee pads from amazon for $10, they are actually a lot better. These ones are overrated.

It is expensive for inserts

They offer a good support.

Not expensive but I wish I had skipped getting them. They seem kind of pointless- the padding is already decent on the knee pads, and these want to slip out if I'm not careful (and it's not because the knee pads are loose). Feel like I won't be able to move much if I have the pads in.

Haven’t tried these yet as I haven’t long had my knee pads but all seem good to me :)

Haven’t had the need for them yet but hopefully extend the life of the knee pads!

My knee pads already have a little padding but I know if I was doing drops I would want to insert these and they fit perfectly.

Had to add these to the standard knee pads as my knees were hurting for floor work
Now its perfect

Always good to have back ups

Makes practicing more comfortable.
