I love them!!! but size up if you get them.

They are super comfortable and fit amazing. I would recommend to size up. I’m a size M and got a size L.

I love those knee pads!
(Tip for sizing at the end)
They are quite comfortable and thick, which for my hurting knees is perfect. All dancing ground movements are now easy to do.

The strings in the top and bottom are more than a design choice: they also prevent the knee pad from getting out of place. Sometimes they change position and need to be readjusted, though.

The grippy material makes it possible to do movements on the ground and on the pole safely.

Tip for sizing: I'm in between M and L, so decided to buy L. Indeed, it was the right choice: they're not too tight, and I use the strings from the top and bottom to adjust and make sure the knee pad will not move

I sized up and am glad I did, they are comfortable and great quality ! The grip on the back of the knee pads grips well and they look great, especially with a garter bottom to match !
