Just the right amount of grip, great even for summer pole, light and not confining. Very fitted but easy to get on. I’ve had the sticky leggings before, not XIX, they worked but too much. Now I can still wear my sexy and fun polewear😊

They’re a little pricey but if you are an active poler, you will definitely get your money’s worth. If you are in between sizes, I would suggest sizing down so they fit together and you do not run into the problem of the grips catching on the pole and causing the leggings to slide up or down on your leg. Very cute. I love them and they serve their purpose.
