Do I need to set up a new account or can I login with my existing PJ login details?

Yes, you will need to create a new account on our EU site. This is super quick and you can use the same email address.

Can I transfer by PJ points to the EU store?

Of course! We are offering a one-time transfer option for any customer who wishes to transfer their points to their new EU account. Just email hello@polejunkie.com and we'll make this happen. Please allow 5 working days for the transfer to be processed.

I have a Gift card, can I spend this on the EU site?

You won't be able to use existing gift cards directly, however if you wish to transfer your gift card to the EU store, we can arrange this for you. Please email hello@polejunkie.com and we will transfer this/ Please allow 5 working days for this to be processed. Transfers will be processed at the current GBP/EUR exchange rate.

I've seen something on the UK site but it's not available on the EU site - will you get this in?

We've stocked up on our best sellers and have new stock arriving DAILY. Keep an eye  on the New In & Back in Stock collections for the latest arrivals. If there's something you'd love to see in the EU store, comment on our latest Instagram post and we'll try and make your dreams come true ;)

I made an order at www.polejunkie.com but an item didn't fit. Can I return this to the EU warehouse?

No, unfortunately we can only accept returns from the site they were purchased on.
