Got a size M despite my measurements saying L, that turned out to be a good idea as they fit great. That said, they do tend to bunch a bit when moving, and the pad itself is a bit thinner than expected.

I ordered size S and I normally wear size xs-s but these kneepads were too small

One had a lot less give/ stretch then the other, when pulling on. They also roll/ gather while using them, even though they are the correct size.
