Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns within 28 days of receiving your item in the following circumstances:

  • The item has been purchased via
  • The item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags if your item had tags when you received it). Some brands do not tag their products, so some items may not arrive tagged.
  • The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit and contains the completed returns form from your order (download here).

All Pole Junkie orders purchased from 20th November as Christmas presents can take advantage of an extended Christmas returns period. If the item(s) you wish to return meet our Return Policy then you may return them up until the 15th of January.


Please note that if the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to refund your order.


Underwear & socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Grip Aids cannot be returned.

Books can not be returned if plastic wrap has been removed.


Can I return items from more than one order together? 

Yes of course. Please indicate clearly on your returns note which order number relates to each item being returned.

Can I request an exchange? 

Yes, you can request an exchange for alternative size/colour by indicating this on your returns form.  We try to accommodate all exchange requests but if the item you request is out of stock when your return is processed, your item will be automatically refunded.

Do you offer free returns?

If you have changed your mind about an item, we unfortunately do not offer free returns. The customer is responsible for their returned items until they are signed for at our warehouse so we advise returns are sent using a tracked or recorded service and retain proof of postage in the unlikely event of loss.

Netherlands/ Germany - If you request an exchange, we will ship your exchange order out free of charge.


I have received a faulty item, what do I do?

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, email us within 7 days of receiving the item. While we have a very strict quality control policy, occasionally faulty items can slip through.

Contact us at with the subject line "FAULTY ITEM". Please include a clear picture of the fault and a note of your name and order number. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction as a matter of urgency. Please do not return a faulty item to us before contacting us.


How long will my refund take?

Once we have received your returned items, we aim to process your request within 72 hours.


You will receive an email confirmation stating we have received your items and that we have processed your refund. Your refund will be to the same account from which you paid. Please allow 5 working days for the funds to arrive back in your account before contacting us.


We do offer exchanges for alternative sizes/colours of the same item. If you wish to receive another item please return our item for a refund and reorder your desired new item. If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email containing a link to pay for your exchange postage. Exchanged items are send free of charge within The Netherlands & Germany (one exchange per customer).

We have a very thorough checking process for returned items and if any product is not considered to be in re-sellable condition then you will receive a "Declined Return" confirmation email. You can either choose whether we recycle the item on your behalf or if you would prefer for the item to be sent back to you (postage fee applicable). 


All shoes must be unmarked (without scuffs), unworn and in new condition. We recommend trying your shoes on in a carpeted area to avoid making them ineligible for a return. The shoe box must also be returned in  the same condition it was received - do not apply shipping/address labels directly to the shoe box or we will have to deduct a 20% fee from your refund.  


Returning from outside the EU


Items must be returned to the same store from which the were purchased. The returns address is detailed on your returns form enclosed in your order.

Items purchased from must be returned to our UK warehouse based in Glasgow, United Kingdom.

Items purchased from must be returned to our EU warehouse based in Diemen, The Netherlands.
