They expand a lot

They run very small, but I was advised not to size up as they expand after a few hours of dancing. They did, but that also meant that the first couple of hours were quite painful.

Great color, good fit, true to size. Normally between a 39.5-40 and ordered the 40. They fit nice and snug.

My first pair of pole heels! They look amazing and are true to size. After 2 exotic classes they don’t hurt my feet. Great overall, but I strongly advise to get a pair of protector (or to DIY some) otherwise they won’t last. I didn’t use protectors during my first class and they already have several damaged spots.
