The quality of the product is very good. Personally, I did not like how it fit my body. Also, the picture leads to understanding that the knee protection and the socks have the same color and blend completely, making the knee protection almost invisible - which is not true.

Not only there's a difference of color between the socks and the knee protection, but also, since the socks have the "gecko dots" to make it grippy in the bar, I personally did not like how the knee protection matches with the socks.

That being said, it's a matter of taste.

Remark: for those with big thighs like me, consider getting one size bigger than what you usually get. They aren't very stretchy (which is a good thing considering that the protection must remain in place to work, yet for someone with big thighs, it might be surprising)

I’d use it for low flow (kneepads are nice) but the sticky rubber on this is not at all sticky so if you’re trying to climb the pole with this tbh I’d rather have actual pants on..
